Pelican Pointe
Pelican Pointe is a mixed use development consisting of 263 town-homes, single-family homes, and lots bordering the beautiful Pasquotank River.
Located approximately four miles from downtown Elizabeth City and within its city limits, the community borders the U.S. Coast Guard Station Elizabeth City, commissioned in 1940 and one of the oldest and busiest air units in the Coast Guard.
The community’s canal empties into the Pasquotank River at the Pointe itself, where boaters can travel upstream in a matter of minutes to enjoy a lunch or dinner at one of Elizabeth City’s downtown waterfront restaurants. Beyond the city center is the entrance to the Dismal Swamp Canal, part of the Intracranial Waterway.
Boaters traveling in the opposite direction will enter Albemarle Sound, a large body of water from which to travel to a variety of places, including across to the Outer Banks, or to Manteo on Roanoke Island, another wonderful place to tie up and enjoy a lunch or dinner al fresco.

Pine Island
Only 30 minutes from Fort Myers but a world apart, secluded Pine Island offers a quiet, laid-back atmosphere, plenty of great fishing, and lush natural environment. The waterways of Matlacha Pass and in the Pine Island Aquatic Preserve are excellent for kayaking and canoeing. The largest island off Florida’s Gulf Coast, Pine Island offers a small-town atmosphere amid mangroves, three aquatic preserves, and acres of palm, tropical plants and fruit groves. The waters of Pine Island Sound provide not only some of the finest fishing in Florida, but are a haven for birdwatchers and nature lovers.

Pirate Harbor
Pirate Harbor is a waterfront community along the Burnt Store Road corridor in Punta Gorda. Most of the homes are situated on canals with quick, direct access to Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf of Mexico beyond. Pirate Harbor's location is very appealing to many who would like to split their time between Punta Gorda and Cape Coral. The fishing in and around Pirate Harbor is regarded by many to be among the best in the area.

Punta Gorda Isles
Punta Gorda Isles (PGI) was developed as a deed-restricted, waterfront & golf community. All homes, with the exception of a few located on St. Andrews Golf Course, are on wide canals (no less than 100') with access to Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf of Mexico. This is truly a boater's paradise. Where else can you live with you boat 20' from your back door and have quick access to the best boating in Florida. The City of Punta Gorda maintains the seawalls and canals, which is a huge benefit to the local homeowners.
There is a variety of amenities and a wide price range of resale homes, condos and new construction available in Punta Gorda Isles. Time to the Harbor, age of the home, view of the water and size of seawall all contribute to the difference in pricing. Home sizes range from modest, 1,800 sqft bungalows to 4,000+ sqft manses built on double lots.
Punta Gorda Isles first development started in 1957 and different areas were opened over the years. The last area to open did so in 1981. Transcripts
A text transcript is a text equivalent of audio information that includes spoken words and non-spoken sounds such as sound effects. NAR is working on adding transcripts to all scripted video and audio content.
Captioning
A caption is transcript for the audio track of a video presentation that is synchronized with the video and audio tracks. Captions are generally rendered visually by being superimposed over the video, which benefits people who are deaf and hard-of-hearing, and anyone who cannot hear the audio (e.g., when in a crowded room).
