There are still a number of lots available within Grassy Point. Non-waterfront lots start around $80,000. Basin and harbor view lots start in the $400,000 range and go up from there. Homes are diverse with asking prices from $400,000 . 86 home sites situated around a private marina, the peninsula's six-acre, deep water basin. The community features a club house, impressively designed gate and private road system. The landscaping in the common areas is unparalleled in our area. Grassy Point is extremely private and offers excellent boating. Each home site has a deeded dock. Each deeded dock is located in Grassy Point’s private marina.
